Thank you for shopping with Infinytree. We take great care in packaging and delivering our artificial botanical pieces so that they arrive in good condition.

1. Shipping Zones

We currently deliver to:

  • Hungary

  • Austria

  • Germany

Shipping to other EU countries may be available on request. Please contact us at info@infinytree.com.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless a different processing or assembly time is displayed on the product page or during checkout. Configured products may require additional time for assembly, preparation and quality control.

During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. The final cost is displayed before you confirm your purchase.

5. Packaging

Every Infinytree piece is packed in protective packaging designed for delicate decorative products. Some products may be delivered in multiple parts with assembly instructions included.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photographs immediately.

  2. Check the package on arrival, note damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@infinytree.com.

For lost packages, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier promptly.
